Oslo Taxi is Norway's most recognized taxi company, but faced a rapidly changing market. Increased competition from new tech-driven players and lower brand awareness among younger users called for a clear repositioning.
By building on Oslo Taxi's strong reputation and clear sense of purpose, the work established a foundation for a new visual communication direction and a redesigned website with clearer structure and an improved user journey.
